Emergency
If you are in need of emergency care then call an Ambulance on "000"


Community Health
Our Community Health services are self referral. To access Community Health Service either call us on 03 5477 2222, or alternatively email us at intake@ewhs.org.au with your name and contact details and one of our community health nurses will contract you shortly

Non Urgent
If you require non urgent medical assistance during office hours then you should first contact your local general practioner.

Admission to Hospital
If you require admission to hospital then your local general practioner will coordinate your admission

Aged Care 
Admission to a residential aged care facility is through the local Aged Care Assessment Service or ACAS. They assess you or your loved one eligibility for admission to an aged care facility. A resident cannont be admitted into an aged care facility without the approval from an ACAS worker.
