Primary Care Project Officer
Fixed Term Contract
40 hrs per fortnight
(12 month contract commencing January 2011)
East Wimmera Health Service is seeking a Primary Care Project Officer for a 12 month contract (40hrs per fortnight) commencing January, 2011. The Project Officer will be responsible for the implementation of such programs as the Active Service Model and the Early Intervention in Chronic Disease Project across East Wimmera Health Service. The Project Officer will need to be enthusiastic, self motivated and able to work with limited direction. Previous experience in project work or health promotion would be an advantage.
As the position will work across East Wimmera Health Service, the position can be based at any of the East Wimmera Health Service Campuses, these include Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St Arnaud and Wycheproof.
