Human Resource Manager
 Full time or .8 FTE

East Wimmera Health Service seeks applicants who are committed to the delivery of quality HR services. 

Based at the St.Arnaud Campus, the Human Resource Manager will work to achieve best practice people management across our five facilities at Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St.Arnaud and Wycheproof.  In this generalist role, the HRM is responsible for the coordination and management of human resources, including recruitment and retention, IR and ER, OH&S and injury management. 

The successful applicant will preferably be tertiary qualified in HRM or a related field with experience as an HR generalist, and have well developed leadership and management skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a necessity as are high level verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate fairly and sensitively with people. Experience in a Human Resource IT System would be an advantage.  A suitably qualified graduate would be considered for this position.
