Health Promotion Coordinator
Across all EWHS campuses
Full time hours (negotiable), fixed term for 6 months Working as part of the Primary Care team the successful applicant will undertake health promotion planning and evaluation, and co-ordinate the delivery of health promotion activities across the 5 communities covered by East Wimmera Health Service.
This exciting role requires a high level of engagement and interaction with communities and organisations, to continue servicing each communities need and maintain health promotion partnerships.
It is essential that you:
• Have an interest in health and rural communities
• Enjoy engaging with members of the community
• Have an understanding of program planning and evaluation
• Hold a current Victorian Drivers License
