Assistance with housing available Due to the retirement of the present incumbent, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic General Manager Clinical to join the team at East Wimmera Health Service.
In this role the successful applicant has:
• Responsibility for the St Arnaud Campus with both the Acute and Aged Care Nurse Unit Managers reporting directly to the General Manager Clinical, and:
• Provides support and leadership to the Campus Managers at each of the remaining four campuses of EWHS located at Birchip, Charlton, Donald, and Wycheproof.
Reporting directly to the Director Clinical and Community Health you will be well supported and form an important part of the Senior Management Team.
To be successful in this role you must:
• hold a current RN registration with AHPRA
• demonstrate experience as an effective leader
• possess excellent communication skills
• have a passion for quality improvement within a health services setting.
