EWHS has recently restructured its patient / client services to bring them together in a single directorate. Reporting to the Director Clinical and Primary Care, the newly created positions of General Manager Clinical and General Manager Primary Care offer exciting opportunities to play key roles in driving change processes and improving the management of service delivery across acute, aged and primary care.
Both General Managers will require extensive management experience and a high level of professional knowledge in their respective fields. Superior leadership and communication skills are essential as is a passion for and experience in quality improvement of health services.
Requirements:
§ The General Manager Clinical will have a good understanding of acute health and aged care funding models and will be a registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.
