3 days (24 hrs) per week at St.Arnaud Campus

East Wimmera Health Service is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with broad office experience to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Director of Finance & Business Services during this fixed term contract beginning mid January 2011. This position requires a team player with the ability to manage a variety of different tasks, who is both creative, flexible and resourceful. Experience with general office management, including filing and scheduling is a requirement of this role. The opportunity will exist to work additional days by negotiation. This position will be part time and located at the St.Arnaud Campus.
The successful applicant must have:
- Excellent communication skills and be well presented
- Expertise in the use of the Microsoft Desktop and Office programs, including advanced word processing and spreadsheeting
- Ability to take and transcribe minutes/reports from meetings
- Proficient in the use of email and internet
- Highly developed skills in project management, prioritising and meeting deadlines
