Community Health Nurse – Registered Nurse Grade 3

Applicants are sought for a Registered Nurse to work as part of the East Wimmera Health Service Community Health team across each of the five communities that EWHS covers.
A key component of this role is focusing on working with clients to reduce their risks of becoming unwell. You will also be involved in working with clients to manage any existing conditions.
The base location for this position can be negotiated depending on the successful applicant and resources available throughout EWHS.
A current Victorian Drivers license is essential.
