Community Development Worker Fixed term until 30th June 2013
Full time hours (negotiable to part time)
East Wimmera Health Service is seeking a project worker to join their team and continue the implementation of the 2 year Community Kitchens Project & the Community Gardens Project.
The Community Kitchens and Community Gardens projects aim to build individual and community capacity to improve nutrition, food access and security, physical activity and social connectedness. Using evidence-based models you will also contribute to planning, management and evaluation of the project.
This role would suit individuals who are highly skilled in engagement and interaction with communities and other stakeholders.
Victorian driver’s license is essential.
