Head Chef St Arnaud Campus
Full Time – Permanent
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
Applications are invited from qualified Chefs to work at our St Arnaud Campus leading a dedicated team of experienced staff in providing quality meals for Acute patients, nursing home residents, Planned Activity Group clients, meals on wheels clients, and function catering.
The successful applicant will be a team-orientated individual with formal qualifications or equivalent experience in the industry, and the capacity to acquire an understanding of, and ability to manage, the East Wimmera Health Service Food Safety Program. A sound knowledge of ordering, budgeting and staff supervision would be an advantage.
