Community Development Worker
Full Time Position
East Wimmera Health Service is seeking a project worker to continue the implementation of a 2 year Community Kitchens Project that aims to build individual and community capacity to improve Nutrition, Food Access and Security, Physical Activity and Social Connectedness. Using an evidence-based Community Kitchen Model you will also contribute to planning, management and evaluation of the project. This position can be based at any of East Wimmera Health Service Campuses.
This role would suit individuals who are highly skilled in engagement and interaction with communities and other stakeholders.
