Physical Activity Support Worker 
 
Permanent Position 
56 Hours per Fortnight

Working in consultation with other Health Professionals, the successful applicant for this position will support and assist individual clients and groups across all our communities to improve their levels of physical activity.

This role will suit someone with a Fitness qualification and/or relevant experience who is skilled in client assessment, monitoring and evaluation.  Also essential to success in this role are demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and relate to a diverse range of individuals and groups.
