Primary Care will provide consumer and community oriented services to all members of the community. It will provide person and family centred programs and activities oriented to the needs of the target client group/s. Primary Care will consult with communities to identify their specific needs and target health promotion activities to develop and support sustainable strategies promoting healthy communities.
