East Wimmera Health Service offers a range of health services to it's communities. These service include the Acute services, which encompasses the acute wards and accident and emergency located at each fo the towns

Aged care services which are also located as each of the campus. At all campus's East Wimmera Health Service provides High level care which is also know as nursing home level of care. Added to the high level of care the Wycheproof and Charlton Campus's offer low level care also know as hostel level of care.

Complimenting the Acute and Aged care streams, East Wimmera Health Service also has a community stream called the Primary Care. The Primary care team provide community based care to assist people to live at home and achieve the highest level of wellness that they can. Primary care include programs such as, Community Nurse, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Social Worker to name a few.
