Charlton Aged Care
Charlton has a 10 bed high care and 5 bed low care fully accreditied residential facility called Kara-Linga. Kara-Linga is co located with the Charlton
Hospital with only a short walkway separating the two. Kara-Linga has single rooma with a open plan dining and lounge area providing a cosy home like enviroment.

Kara-Linga is staffed with Registered Nurses 24 hours seven days a week, this enables the residents to be cared for within Kara-Linga even when residents are acutely unwell.
Medical support is provided to the residents by our local gp, although the gp visits regularly as the gp is located on site is able to visit on demand if required.
Allied health services are provided through a number of services providers that regularly visit the Charlton community. Due to the wireless network that covers the entire Charlton Campus, residents at Charlton are also able to access health professionals through video conferencing.
